James Corden is heating up
James Corden has been doing an amazing job as host of the Late Late Show right off the bat. The show in its current format has only been on for about six weeks, but it’s already produced many memorable skits. They include Tom Hanks’ film history in seven minutes, and doing a show from a random person’s house (including hide and seek with Jeff Goldblum).
Cheeseburgers with extra attitude
James does a killer segment called Careoke, where he recruits celebrities to jam to hit songs through his radio while he drives them all across L.A. He recently took a leisurely drive with Mariah Carey, where Mariah sang along to some of her hits. When he picked up Jennifer Hudson, Corden told her he was late, and they went to pick up some grub. What happened next was nothing short of burger poetry.

One and a half months in, and James is already doing some of the most original stuff on late night. It’s in no small part thanks to a very talented writing staff. Whatever James cooks up next, we’re sure it will be a sight to see, and we’ll be watching!
